New v3.3b fixes a few small Independent Operation mode bugs. Goto the updates page to download this new patch.   July 3 PACE 'Solo' Modems in Stock! The brand new PACE 'Solo' modems are now in stock. These modems offer features far beyond those found on virtually any modem elsewhere in the world. The new 'Solo' modem offers the Independent Operation Mode which means that this modem effectively replaces your normal modem, answermachine and fax! This modem makes the ideal companion for STFax Professional and, combined with the new v3.3 which suports all the new 'Solo' features, offers developments that are new to the Amiga computer. New v3.3 supports the Independent Operation Mode which is found within the new PACE 'Solo' and, although a little limited, within the 3-Com Message Plus modems. Independent Operation Mode allows you to use the modem to receive voice and fax messages without the need for your Amiga to be switched on.
